Who we are

Fanline is a platform that lets you send paid messages and book paid video calls with creators. We handle payment and hosting. The conversation itself is between you and the creator, and we act as their agent when taking your money.

Age

You must be 13 or over to use Fanline. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian before you spend anything.

Credits

• 1 credit is worth 1 penny. Credits are bought in packs and never expire.
• Credits are not money, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be cashed out.
• Sending a message costs 250 credits. Booking a call costs whatever the creator's page says at the time you book.

Refunds

• If a creator does not reply to your paid message within 72 hours, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.
• If a creator declines your call, or does not accept it within 72 hours, you are refunded in full.
• If a call is accepted and opened but you do not join, you are not refunded.
• Under UK consumer law you may cancel unspent credits within 14 days of buying them. Email us and we will refund to your original payment method.

Behaviour

Do not send anything unlawful, threatening, harassing, sexual towards a minor, or designed to get a creator to contact you off the platform. Creators may end any call and block any fan. A blocked fan forfeits the message or call that caused it. We may suspend accounts to keep people safe.

Creators

Creators keep 50% of what fans spend on them. We keep 50%, which covers payment processing, hosting, support and the refund guarantee. We pay out by bank transfer. Creators are responsible for their own tax.

Liability

We provide the platform as is. We are not responsible for what a creator says, and we do not promise that a specific creator will reply. Our liability to you is limited to the credits you have spent in the last twelve months.
