What we collect

• Your name, email address and profile picture, from Google when you sign in.
• The messages you send and receive, so we can show them to you and the creator.
• Your credit balance and purchase history.

We never see your card details. Stripe handles payment and holds that data.

What we do with it

We use it to run the service: showing your chats, tracking your credits, paying creators, and answering support questions. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

Who sees your messages

The creator you sent them to. Our staff can access messages when investigating a safety report or a payment dispute.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account at any time. Email hello@fanline.co and we will action it within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your profile and messages. We keep purchase records for as long as tax law requires.

Where it lives

On Supabase servers in the EU (Ireland) and Vercel. Stripe processes payments.
