Every creator is set up by hand

There is no self-signup for creators. We create each account ourselves and confirm we are talking to the real person before their page goes live. If a page exists on Fanline, we put it there.

Your money is protected

You are not paying for a promise. If a creator does not reply, the credits come back automatically. You never have to chase a refund or email support to get one.

Creators hold the controls

• They can pause new messages at any time.
• They can end a video call the moment they want to.
• They can block anyone. A blocked fan forfeits the message or call that caused it.

What is not allowed

Threats, harassment, sexual content involving minors, asking creators to move the conversation off the platform, and recording a call without consent. Break these and you lose your account.

If you are 13 to 17

You can use Fanline, but talk to a parent before you spend money. Never share your address, school, or phone number with anyone here.

Reporting

Email hello@fanline.co with the creator's name and what happened. We answer every report. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
