How fast do they reply?
Most creators answer within a few hours. The badge at the top shows their recent average once they've replied a few times.
What if they never reply?
Your credits come back automatically after 72 hours. You don't have to ask, and you don't have to email anyone.
How do video calls work?
You pay for the call up front and it shows up in the creator's dashboard. When they accept, a Join button appears in your chat. If they decline or don't accept in time, you're refunded in full.
Do credits expire?
No. Buy them once and spend them whenever, on any creator.
How old do I need to be?
13 or over. If you're under 18, ask a parent before you spend anything.
